Crispy on the outside but soft, fluffy, and flavorful on the inside, these salmon croquettes are the best you’ll ever have.
Ingredients
4 tbsp flour
3 tbsp cornmeal
2 5oz cans starkest salmon
1/4 red onions, diced
1 large egg
1/2 tsp Worchestsire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
3 tbsp mayo
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro (parsley is a good substitute
2-3 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions
- Open and drain the cans of salmon. Add the salmon to a bowl with the other ingredients.
- Gently mix all the ingredients well.
- Scoop and shape the patties. Set them aside.
- Heat the oil in the pan on medium heat. Once the oil is ready, gently place the patties in the oil.
