Ingredients
1 cup Cold Whipping Cream (240 ml), chilled
3 tablespoons Powdered Sugar (25 g)
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (2.5 ml)
Instructions

Chill a mixing bowl and whisk or beaters in the freezer for 10–15 minutes.

Pour the cold whipping cream into the chilled bowl.

Whip on medium speed using a hand or stand mixer.

Once slightly thickened, add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.

Continue whipping until soft peaks form.

Whip a few seconds longer for stiff peaks, if desired.

Stop immediately to avoid overwhipping.
