Flavorful crunchy parmesan topping over soft flaky salon.
Ingredients
6 pieces of salmon3/4 cup plain panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup fresh lemon zest
1/4 cup fresh minced parsley
1/2 cup Parmesan
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp sea salt for mixture
3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Rinse and Pat dry the fish with a paper towel. Cover the fish in olive oil and sea salt.
2. Combine the ingredients for the breadcrumb mixture (panko breadcrumbs, lemon zest, Parmesan, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, sea salt, cayenne powder, and fresh parsley) in a bowl. Then use a spoon to cover the fish.
3. Cover a baking pan with parchment paper and place the fish on the pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not over bake the fish.
