Description

This honey vanilla iced coffee recipe is smooth, sweet, and incredibly easy to make at home. Fresh-brewed coffee, natural honey, vanilla, and creamy milk come together to create a refreshing iced coffee that tastes like a coffee shop drink in just minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled

12 teaspoons vanilla extract

12 tablespoons honey

¼½ cup milk or cream

1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Brew a cup of coffee and allow it to cool slightly. For the best flavor, brew the coffee a little stronger than usual.

  2. In a glass, stir together the cooled coffee, honey, and vanilla extract until the honey is fully dissolved.

  3. Fill the glass with ice.

  4. Pour in the milk or cream and stir gently to combine. Adjust the amount depending on how creamy you like your iced coffee.

  5. Optional: Froth a small amount of milk with a milk frother, then pour the thick, cold foam over the iced coffee for a rich, creamy finish.

  6. Taste and adjust sweetness or creaminess as needed, then serve immediately.

Notes

I like to brew my coffee a little stronger so the flavor stays bold even after adding ice and milk.

If you have a milk frother, you can froth cold milk to create a thick foam that makes this iced coffee extra creamy.

You can easily double or triple this recipe if you want to make several glasses at once.
